İkisi de karmaşık) Özellikle çevirimdışı kullanabilmek için almıştım ama şu ana kadar sonucun felaket olduğunu söylemeliyim. Çevirimdışı sözlük indirmelerde takılıyor vs. vs. Sonuç olarak tavsiye etmiyorum. Ama etkili kullanabilen varsa nasıl yaptığını belirtirse memnun olurum. Saygılar.

Şimdiye kadar kullandığım online sözlüklerden daha geniş bir içeriğe sahip. Kullanıcı arayüzü biraz daha iyilestirilebilir, icerik daha rahat okunabilir formatta sunulabilir.

Great app. Neat and tight UI. Accurate and effective explanations. Precise balance between conciseness and details. Easy to use.

As a daily participant , I’am very disappointed in the app. I have not earned any spoons since the beginning of the year. In addition despite several attempts on my touch screen the app will not upload categories. Now the application will not load to my I pad. It’s too bad because The Free Dictionary is wonderful when it works !

Whatever I wrote words I got it Runtime error, by the app or by the web both of are doesn’t work.

Ok. Wow. This is now my third time trying to type a review. I love this app so much that I must be writing too much. Real simple: I use vocabulary apps multiple times a day. I have been doing this for years! I recently found this app. Wow! It’s the best! Also, they have this amazing flash card feature that I love. One little favor, Mr developer. Your icon for listening to the correct pronunciation is so small, I have a hard time hitting it. Then the voice is too low and hard to hear! Make this just a little better and you have perfection. And make an upgrade available so I can give you some money!

I love this app. I tested many dictionary apps and finally settled on this one.

What just happened? Starting yesterday, when I enter a word for a second a fresh looking page appears with the results, but then immediately goes blank. I have tried refreshing, but that does nothing so I went into the App Store on this iPad and clicked on app support and all it does is open up a the homepage in Safari. It was fixed, thank you.

I just upgraded to the pro and tried to register and I could not. It said I’m already registered. How is that possible? I tried to login with my email and it did not know me. How do I login or how do I register?

I got this app mainly for the thesaurus but come to find out the free one on google is 10 times better. I figured paying a couple dollars would put the thesaurus along with dictionary and other perks would be better. Nope I already bought and don’t even use it.

This app worked really well but the last few days it hasn’t been able to get me any definitions AND it is showing my ads. I can’t figure out how to contact the developer or submit a bug report.

This app holds a wealth of information. I depend on it almost daily. The translation portion at the end of the definitions/thesaurus is priceless. I’ve never been disappointed.

This is a great dictionary! However, I paid for the Pro version so that I didn't have to see any ads, so why am I receiving them. It clearly says "no ads". Please explain why? Remove the ads and this is a 5 Star app easily, keep the ads and it's a 1 or 2 Star app, at best.

I doubt this more enjoyable rather than my past sins from school to add more words. Two things that I criticize: the lack of Apple ID sign-in and iCloud support. Let me know when you do future updates some other time.

Apparently, the use of my VPN would dissociate and disconnect my login with Dictionary Pro through IP address re-assignment. This gave the appearance that my bookmarks and saved vocabulary lists were non-existent. The VPN, by design, changes your ISP's default IP address and drops logon status with the Farlex Dictionary Pro iOS v13.1 app. I have submitted an inquiry to Farlex if they associate IP address with an account profile. I'm certain this explains all.

Re-rate every update is getting tiresome... Yet it keeps getting better! So I guess re-rating is the price we pay for excellence. I have 5 dictionaries loaded, this, through trial and error, has risen to the top, it consistently returns more information than others... Plus I like the word games 😊

Interestingly, a word search yielded usable informative result not located on Wiktionary and another ‘big name’ dictionary. Additionally, this ‘slang’ term was not seen on their Slang Dictionary. This is a monster-machine ready to dig out the goods when queried. Pay them for this app. =Peace=

I’m elated to an app like this, I even paid for the pro version; however, the option to ‘favorite’ words would be appreciated.

When are points taken away? Are there different points awarded depending on the category? How many ‘neurons’ are need to feed a child? I can’t find a simple rule book. How many NEURONS do we need to see this?

Used for years, daily. True writer’s companion. Thesaurus, etymology helpful. Catches alternative spellings when possible. May link to alternative dictionaries and other sources. (I especially like the thesaurus operation.)

After using it, I would gladly pay five times, but this author is charging! The one time fee represents a remarkable value, and this Farley product is far better than even Merriam-Webster’s dictionary (which requires a subscription). Already recommended this to two friends.

I really enjoy this dictionary more than the others I’ve used over the years. I also like that you can buy the paid version for a one-time fee instead of having to subscribe.

I use the app on all my devices. I even got the Lookup Assistant for my PC. AFAIK, the dictionary has not been corrupted, i.e., word meanings were not changed to appease today’s corrupt & debased culture. And this app comes with a lot of added features which is informational and fun.

Yes, it’s as good as the 5 star reviewers are reporting. I’ve used many and this is easily the best. Enjoy.

I love the app by Yale. It’s information is solid and it’s easy to use, and I’ve learned so much from using it, and I use it almost everyday.

I'm always looking for best-of-breed apps for any platform I'm working on—as long as it's not unreasonably expensive. DIctionary and Thesaurus Pro is abosoluty the best I could find for mere pennies compared to what you're getting. They have a free version as as well but I wanted to support this excellent dictionary app so it doesn't disappear. And thanks again for dark mode! 🥳

This app, and their website, is far superior to any other dictionary app. Hands down. I’m sad I wasted so much time bothering with Dictionary.com or Mirram-Webster. I’ll never understand why those two are always so recommended. Especially dictionary.com (smh). There are a few things that make this app essential for me, and why I think the others fall short. In order to help you better understand the full meaning of a word, this app gives you SEVERAL examples of using a word in a sentence, rather than just one. Second, it gives examples of WAYS the word can be used. I wish I could better explain what I mean by this but the app can only make a person so smart. Third, and my most favorite thing ever!! When you search a word in the thesaurus, the synonyms are sorted into categories (not the right word but it’s all I can think of) regarding what you’re trying to convey! Just try it and you’ll know what I mean. And you’ll understand why the is the MUST HAVE dictionary app.

Words are important. Knowing the proper spelling and definition of words is critical to good communication. This App does it all and I use it constantly.

Access to knowledge that I use daily. No glitches, smooth application. Fun app and I learn so much with daily engagement.

Has some pretty helpful tools plus it doesn’t always need internet connections. It’s also got downloadable dictionaries for non-English languages. That can b extremely useful if looking for a word outside of English. It’s also includes a breakdown of the word explaining word origins based on the roots of word and parts of things like roots, stems, all that good stuff that helps u remember words. Especially helpful if taking an English class (high school, college, continuing education, English as a 2nd language which English speakers should take [imho]. U know u want this job download it for proof. I use it when I don’t need it just 2 see the origin and different parts of the word

I love the simplicity of the app with the packed information. However, it’s lacking a flashcard function of the bookmarked words, which makes study much more tenuous. Please bring a flashcard function to the bookmarked words!

I used the free version for many years. I finally decided to upgrade to PRO. So many extra resources and explanations. What a deal at $3.99!

There is a saying, ‘When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.’ Similarly, though I purchased this app some time ago, I deleted it without a thought. Seems I wasn’t ready for it ... then. However, that was then. This is NOW ... and Oh Boy! What a Joy! It’s like seeing a good friend I haven’t seen for sooooo long! I’m digging it! It’s my ticket to ride!!!!

No need to purchase one of the apps with a name/storied pedigree. This is their equal and then some.

I use the Farlex free dictionary on the iPhone, iPad, Android phone ahd my Samsung tablet. Thus magnififent reference has definitions from at least 3 published dictionaries for every word,synonyms antonyms, derivation abd automatic translation into one language with many others available. Citations of examples from published literature are also included. Make this your go-to writing referehfe as I have for nearly 20 years.
